3 month package expires 90-days from start of package

Package includes use of either our stand up or lay down UV beds & Red Light Therapy Bed

Non-transferrable

We do not offer vacation holds

There are No Refunds or transfers made for any unused tanning sessions or products

No sharing of tan packages between individuals

Must be 18 years of age with valid drivers license for UV Tanning

Tanning waiver must be signed prior to tanning

Protective eyewear is required during UV Tanning & RLT

Must allow 24 hours between tanning sessions per FDA recommendations. (note there is a 2-hour grace period for scheduling purposes)

First Tan Session must be by 1 year from purchase

Beach Gypsy reserves the right to refuse services to any client for any reason if found necessary.
