10 Pack of UV Tanning / Red Light Therapy Sessions.  Sessions MUST be used within 3 months.  

3 month expires 90-days from start of package

May switch between any combination of UV Beds & Red Light Therapy Bed

Non-transferrable

We do not offer vacation holds

There are No Refunds or transfers made for any unused tanning sessions or products

No sharing of packages between individuals

Must be 18 years of age with valid drivers license for UV tanning

Tanning waiver must be signed prior to tanning

Protective eyewear is required during UV Tanning & RLT

Must allow 24 hours between tanning sessions per FDA recommendations. (note there is a 2-hour grace period for scheduling purposes)
